On Black Box Timing you can sign one or more persons to one or more of Black Box Timings running events.

Verify your registration

To avoid mistakes, make sure that all your registration information is correct and that the registration is for the correct events. It is particularly important that the entered email address, which is used for sending confirmation / e-mail receipt, is correct.

Payment / prices and service fee

Payment for your online registration will be deducted from your bank within two days after your order is registered and credit card accepted. The registration fee for running events is generally exempted from VAT, as per the Danish legislation on amateur sports. It is solely the organizer's responsibility to deal with VAT conditions and possible payment of VAT for the event. Contrary, the handling fee is subject to VAT. Once you are registered, the amount paid is not refundable.

Black Box Timing is not liable for transactions between the participant and organizer.

Product liability, cancellation and refund

According to Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) on internet trade, the provider, which is Black Box Timing, has the full product liability. The participant (buyer) has according to Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) on internet trade no right of withdrawal as recreational activities are not specified in the Act. Refund of entry fees cannot be reimbursed by Black Box Timing. It is up to the organizer of the recreational activity, if there are special circumstances so that the organizer will refund the paid registration fees. Black Box Timing is only the provider of registration and participant payments between organizer and purchaser. For questions or comments relation to the events, request/comments must be made directly to the responsible organizer. In case of cancellation please refer to the organizer for further information and possible refund - Black Box Timing cannot be held responsible. See contact information at the registration overview.

Personal data

Black Box Timing will only collect information to process your registration for an event and to maintain a normal relationship between the participant and organizer.

This information will never be passed on or sold to third parties.

The payment system in Black Box Timings Internet shop is protected against abuse with an SSL solution. SSL is a system that encrypts all Dankort- and credit card information you send to us. This means that neither we or other (with the exception of Nets / Teller (formerly PBS)) can obtain information on your card. The SSL system also ensures that data between your browser and our server cannot be changed.

The Payment module is handled by www.epay.dk You have the option to refuse a payment when you receive your payment summary, and you have no own risk in the event that your card is abused in an Internet shop that uses SSL certificate in its payment.

When you join an event, you can pay with credit card, eDankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB Cards, American Express and Mobile Pay.
